These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the lumi4d platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet or wager.

The Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years old or older. lumi4d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
The Platform is designed for and primarily targets players resident in Indonesia. You must confirm that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws of your jurisdiction before registering. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation on the Platform is lawful in your location. lumi4d does not accept liability for any breach of local law by a Player.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual (including through the use of different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent banning from the Platform.
The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on the Platform:
To access the full features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document (KTP), a valid email address, a mobile phone number, and a secure password. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify lumi4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. lumi4d shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time constitutes a material breach of these Terms. lumi4d reserves the right to suspend or close any Account and forfeit any balance where false information is discovered, without prior notice and without liability to the Account holder.
All Accounts on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals processed through Indonesian payment channels. Players depositing or withdrawing through non-IDR methods acknowledge that currency conversion may apply and that exchange-rate fluctuations are outside lumi4d's control.
lumi4d is required by its licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance framework to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be requested at any time during a Player's use of the Platform if deemed necessary by lumi4d's compliance team.

Standard KYC verification is completed within 1 to 24 hours of document submission during Indonesian business days (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 WIB). Submissions received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Documents that are unclear or incomplete will be returned for resubmission.
Where a Player fails to complete KYC verification within 30 days of being formally requested to do so, lumi4d reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality, restrict Account access, or close the Account. Funds held in an unverified Account will be retained pending verification. lumi4d shall not be liable for any loss arising from delayed withdrawal processing where such delay results from the Player's failure to provide required documentation.
lumi4d accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The list of accepted methods may be updated from time to time at lumi4d's discretion.
Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier. Players may request a review of their deposit limits by contacting customer support with supporting documentation.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own legal name that match your lumi4d Account registration details. Deposits from third-party bank accounts, shared accounts, or accounts in a name other than your own are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate deposit reversal, potential Account suspension, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by AML regulations.
Deposits processed through Indonesian local bank transfers and e-wallet channels are typically credited to your lumi4d Account balance within minutes of payment confirmation. lumi4d is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank system outages, or network congestion beyond our control.
lumi4d does not pay interest on funds held in Player Accounts. Deposited funds earn no returns other than through active gameplay, betting, and applicable promotions.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same legal name as the lumi4d Account holder. All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification prior to first processing. Subsequent withdrawals may require additional verification at lumi4d's discretion.
Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000 per transaction. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by Account tier and verification status. Players seeking to withdraw amounts above the standard daily limit should contact customer support at least 24 hours in advance to arrange an elevated withdrawal allowance subject to additional verification.
Standard withdrawal requests to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval during operational hours (24 hours a day, 7 days a week). Processing may be extended during periods of high withdrawal volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full. The specific Wagering Requirements applicable to each promotion are detailed in the individual bonus terms published alongside each promotional offer. lumi4d reserves the right to void bonus winnings where it determines that Wagering Requirements have been circumvented through low-risk or excluded betting strategies.
lumi4d reserves the right to decline, delay, or reverse a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC documentation is incomplete or expired; (b) the withdrawal destination account does not match the registered Account holder's name; (c) suspicious activity or potential fraud is detected; or (d) the Account is subject to an active investigation. In such cases, the relevant funds will be held pending resolution and the Player will be notified via their registered email address.
lumi4d offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet allocations, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, Champions League knockout rounds, Idul Fitri, and Ramadhan. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any additional conditions specified in the individual promotion's terms sheet.
Unless otherwise specified, promotional bonuses are available to verified Players who have completed KYC verification and hold an Account in good standing. Welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously claimed a welcome bonus under a different Account (including where multiple accounts have been identified) are not eligible to claim the welcome bonus again.
All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements. Standard Wagering Requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion; any unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings will expire at the end of the validity period.
The following bet types and game categories may not contribute toward Wagering Requirement completion unless explicitly stated otherwise in individual promotion terms:
lumi4d actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting across multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine risk exposure, and collusion between multiple accounts to generate qualifying activity. Where bonus abuse is identified, lumi4d reserves the right to void the bonus and any derived winnings, suspend the Account, and recover any funds withdrawn in connection with abusive bonus activity.
lumi4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any changes will not retrospectively affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account in good faith.
lumi4d offers sportsbook betting markets on a wide range of sports and competitions, including BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia international fixtures, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup, badminton (including All England, Thomas Cup, and Indonesia Open), MotoGP (Mandalika circuit), and E-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Market availability, bet types including mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap), and odds are subject to change without notice.
All bets are subject to acceptance by lumi4d at its sole discretion. Bets are confirmed only upon receipt of an on-screen confirmation message and corresponding transaction entry in the Account betting history. In the event of a system error, network interruption, or odds feed failure at the time of bet placement, lumi4d reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account balance.
Bets are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body or competition organizer. For football matches, settlement is based on the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time) unless otherwise specified in the market description. Extra time, penalty shootouts, and replays do not count for standard match-result markets unless explicitly stated. Togel lottery bets are settled against official draw results published by the relevant lottery operator (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, and other licensed operators).
lumi4d reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, where a pricing error resulted in odds materially inconsistent with the true market price at the time of bet placement. In such cases, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account. lumi4d will endeavor to identify and correct pricing errors promptly and will notify affected Players via their registered email address.
Maximum single-bet and multi-leg accumulator payouts apply across all product lines. Specific payout caps are published in the Platform's betting rules section. lumi4d reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any bet or series of bets placed by a single Account at its discretion, where the cumulative liability exposure is deemed excessive.

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of lumi4d.
Game titles, studio names, and associated assets remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, and are used on the Platform under valid licensing arrangements. lumi4d accepts no liability for the outcome of any bet placed on the Platform. All betting involves risk, and Players acknowledge that they may lose the entirety of their deposited funds. No guarantee of winnings, profit, or return is made by lumi4d in connection with any product or promotional offer.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lumi4d's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. lumi4d shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
The Platform may rely on third-party services including payment processors, game studios, data feed providers, and customer communication tools. lumi4d is not liable for the performance, availability, or conduct of these third-party services, except to the extent that lumi4d has failed to exercise reasonable care in selecting reputable service providers.
lumi4d reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; AML compliance concerns; failure to complete KYC verification; or any other conduct that lumi4d determines poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending withdrawal reversals and bonus fund forfeitures) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days. Account closure does not affect any accrued liabilities or obligations that arose prior to closure.
Upon Account closure or permanent suspension, all Bonus Funds, pending bonus allocations, and any wagering-requirement progress are immediately forfeited. Bets placed prior to suspension that remain pending settlement will be settled in accordance with these Terms, and the resulting net position (win or loss) will be applied to the Account balance before final balance disposition.
lumi4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. lumi4d implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission and secure storage protocols for personal and financial data at rest. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. lumi4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via their registered email address at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or licensing authority directive, in which case changes may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.2 above.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lumi4d holds its international gaming license. Players acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Indonesia are subject to local law, and it is the Player's responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable local statutes.

Where informal resolution is unsuccessful, Players may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to lumi4d's compliance team. lumi4d will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days. lumi4d's decision on matters of bet settlement, Account status, and bonus eligibility shall be final and binding, subject only to applicable mandatory consumer protection provisions.
